Harvey is about a man called Elwood P. Dowd. Elwood doesn't live in the same reality as everybody else. His best friend is a six foot three and a half inch white rabbit named Harvey, who nobody else can see. Harvey is a puca, a mischevious Celtic spirit. When Elwood's sister decides to commit him to a sanitorium, Harvey is the only one who can help.
If you have ever felt like you live on a completely different planet from everybody else and you can never pretend to be normal hard enough to be allowed to live in peace, you might need Harvey. If you struggle with your mental health and you worry you will never do enough to make up for the burden you are to the ones you love, you might need Elwood even more.
